Working as a freelance artist came in handy sometimes for Auden. And tonight was one of those times. She was taking Alex with her to meet Dallas for dinner, just the three of them. They really didn't get a ton of time together, so when Dallas had suggest the dinner idea, she was more than willing to accommodate the plans. However, getting Alex to cooperate was another story. Their daughter was not at all willing to help out getting ready for the evening. And it was slowly starting to get on her last nerve. Then again, running around after a five-year-old, made the blonde woman annoyed to begin with. Fortunately, she was really good at finding the right bribes in which to make Alex behave.

Once she finally got the little girl to settle down, she quickly went to fix up her out makeup and clothes. Dallas was taking them to the restaurant he worked at, so she felt the need to dress to impress a little. She tugged on a sweet black and white skirt, and a silky purple top. Complete with some lavender heels, a purple clutch handbag and some silver jewelry, and she was all set to go. Plus, she had been doing really well trying to get own little art business off the ground, so she thought it'd be nice to dress up for a change to celebrate, even if it was only for herself.

Auden made sure she had everything she need before going back into the main room to get Alex so they could leave. "Alex, come on sweetie, time to go meet Daddy and get some food!" The blonde smiled as their little girl came running around the corner giggling and screaming about how happy she was to go see her daddy. It always made her heart melt hearing that. She smiled, taking Alex's hand and walked out of the apartment to meet up with Dallas. It was sure going to be a fun night out, and it was exactly what she needed.
