i can see them being acquaintances, simply because she works at the label and jamie is there a lot of the time when NotO isn't on tour. they're bound to have bumped into each other a few times, so jamie wouldn't hate her, but i don't think that they'd have been interacting for long enough to become friends.

heidi & madison
madison is her assistant, so they'd obviously be working close. heidi may get a little bitchy at people when she's under stress, but the exception to this would be madison, since she's there to obviously help heidi out. i can see work friends turning into good friends. possibly even something as far as heidi giving madison the keys to the entire building.

grady & madison
i can't see to much interaction with them, except the occasional run-in at the office. acquaintances.

i don't think that they'd know each other at all.

he possibly could have tried to get in her pants before he met elora, so maybe they're just friends now? especially since they're close in age.

zelda has been working closely with heidi because she's only recently a solo artist. i'm thinking madison hangs around enough for them to be friends?

johnny & madison
finally, one that i can think up a good plot with. i'm thinking since he works at the label too, they'd see each other every day and could develop a pretty tight friendship. maybe she's a fan of his music, if you're a fan of mac miller, of course. not sure what you have planned relationship wise for her, but maybe she doesn't realize he had a girlfriend and three daughters at home, so she hits on him or something until one day his gf visits with one of their kids? could be interesting.
